Oh well. This isn't done yet... going to be a tiny police man (Like the size of his leg.) pointing at a pile of rocks too. :P The quest to be a character designer continues..... let me know what you think. =)

Hey, you have to animate these people...you can't just create'em and leave them to never swing that axe or miss that football. You've got real good stuff.
Don't forget to keep doing your own thing especially while working at studio b.
